Case Studies

Marketing Automation Launch

  • Our client:  Global cable TV network

  • The client’s primary challenge:  Acquiring new and expanded advertisers in key Latin American markets

  • What we did together:  To better forge new relationships with new advertisers, the client turned to email marketing facilitated by Pardot marketing automation as an engine for generating leads.  We provided strategic council and project management for all aspects of the program launch, including close partnership with the internal sales teams to generate their target lists, technical implementation team and the content marketing team.

  • What we achieved:  In its pilot email campaign, the client generated its first-ever digital marketing sales lead, valued at approximately $1 million in advertising spend.

Email Marketing Program & Launch Campaign

  • Our client:  Fast-growing US-based logistics company

  • The client’s primary challenge:  Over-reliance on outsourced, third-parties to execute email marketing; lack of ongoing email marketing plan

  • What we did together:  In order to give marketing staff more direct control of their email marketing efforts, we researched various user-friendly email marketing platforms, and ultimately recommended Constant Contact, in large part due to its simple, easy-to-use integration with Salesforce.com.  We also collaboratively developed an annual email marketing campaign plan.  The plan focused on developing deeper relationships with existing customers, as well as generating leads with a few, highly-focused targeted industry prospects.

  • What we achieved:  During the initial pilot to existing customers, a new lead was generated for a significant expansion of their customer’s space in a warehousing facility.

Branding for Corporate Presentations

  • Our client:  Strategic Sales Consultancy based in South Florida

  • The client’s primary challenge:  Their current powerpoint presentations needed to reflect a crisper, highly-professional brand for use in client engagements

  • What we did together:  We assessed their current inventory of presentations for what was visually effective, and what was not.  We also looked closely at the content presented in the past (and would be presented again in the future).  We generated new diagrams and chart formats, designed a case study template and library, and created a comprehensive graphic set consisting of both icons and images.  All elements were developed with consistency to the client’s brand and standard color scheme.

  • What we achieved:  We ultimately delivered a pre-formatted 25-slide presentation with refined graphics, standardized diagrams, updated imagery and core content for use and re-purposing over time.
