Much like the unconvential, savvy and focused approaches we bring to our clients, Sol’s team model is unique. It is intentional and by design that we do not have full-time employees, but rather deploy a series of contractor, freelance and consultant-based resources in a unique combination crafted to the specific needs of each and every client we serve. Our team model gives our clients:

• Access to the specific expertise ‘on-demand’ as they need it and only when they need it.  That means you don’t pay for employees or overhead in your fees that do not directly relate to work we deliver for you

• Quickly plug into talent and resources. Unlike the 90-180 day rehiring process that occurs when an employee leaves a traditional agency, we are able to act with speed and agility to plug in talent and resources from our network.
